Implemented global control tower within ERP project

Situation:
A Tier 1 automotive supplier had launched a major business transformation, commencing with an ERP implementation supported by a large consulting company. To ensure the supply chain organization and logistics control tower initiatives were completed correctly, the client asked us to drive that portion of the project.


Actions:
  • Collaborated with supply chain organization to map current processes and establish To-Be processes, including organizational structure and KPIs
  • Assisted organization in implementing vision for a global logistics control tower

Results: Achieved the necessary changes and capabilities in the supply chain and logistics areas of the business. The client then introduced us to another business in its portfolio for further collaboration.
