Led “Innovation is for Everyone” employee new product ideation campaign
Situation:
At an inflection point with risks and opportunities from electrification, digitalization, connectivity, and autonomous driving, a leading wire harness manufacturer wanted every employee to find new ways to learn, work, and grow. They turned to Kormac for help in fostering new product innovation across their global workforce.
Actions:
Designed and facilitated an ideation workshop series that set the stage for innovative thinking at every level, around the world. Structured the series to provide the time, space, and support required for creative ideas to flourish.
