Kormac begins SIOP makeovers by process-mapping the company’s entire value chain to understand natural constraints, functional interplay, data sources, and forecast variables. We follow with kaizen-type workshops to develop and define functional KPIs for identification of looming supply and performance constraints. Kormac’s SIOP implementation model, coupled with extensive functional training and coaching, often enables the pilot of a new SIOP review process in just 8 weeks. Clients typically proceed from the pilot program to full organizational implementation by the third review cycle.
